Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Made-to-Order Items: If you've ordered a custom or made-to-order piece, please allow additional time (typically up to 4-6 business weeks) for us to create your jewelry with care before shipping.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- Standard Shipping: We offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $8.99. We provider free shipping with orders over $50.00 before taxes or applicable fees. Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days (domestic).
- Expedited Shipping: We do not offer Expedited Shipping at this time.
- International Shipping: We are do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Carrier
We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us, and we will assist you.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We currently offer shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery. These charges are beyond our control and vary by country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Damaged Items: We take great care in packaging your items securely. However, if your jewelry arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will resolve the issue.
Address Errors
Please double-check that the shipping address you enter is correct. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to errors in the shipping information provided.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order is placed and processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you before the item ships.
